How long does it take to process orders?

            We usually ship orders in 24-48 hours. We will send you shipping notification when processed.

What method of shipping do you use?

            We use USPS for small packages and UPS for larger packages

What is your return policy?

            We offer a 14 day exchange period for defective products.  On return orders, there may be up to a             15% restocking fee.

What should I do if my light bar doesn’t work?

            Do NOT disassemble the light bar. Disassembly can destroy the seal and will void the warranty. Try             connecting the light bar wires directly to a fully charged car battery. If the light works, then there is a             wiring problem between the battery connection and the light bar.

Can I run the light bar in an A/C wall outlet?

            No, Our light bars are designed for DC voltage only


Do I need a relay to install the strobe?

            Yes, you have to use a relay for the strobe to work correctly

Will the strobe work with any light bar?

            Yes, but they work better with our Light Bars!!!

Can the strobe controller be used for more than 1 light bar?

            No, unless they are connected to the same wiring harness and relay. We recommend that you use        1 strobe per light bar

How many settings does the strobe remote have?

            A constant on/off function and 9 strobe patterns
